You can pay in five currencies.

The currency can't be chosen, it depends on the shipping country:

- USD - US Dollar (USA)

- GBP - British pound (United Kingdom)

- JPY - Japanese Yen (Japan)

- CHF - Swiss Franc (Switzerland, Liechtenstein)

- CAD - Canadian Dollar (Canada)

- EUR- Euro (Europe + all other countries).

We decided to keep a constant price for all the countries without calculating the price from money currencies. On top of that some countries will pay a 19,6% VAT like all European countries, others won't. At last, we also considered the shipment price in mind, to keep an average cost more or less the same.

To return a product, please send an email to shop@bookeen.com to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

You must:

- Ship back all products you are seeking to return toBookeen with the RMA on it.

- Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipments.

- Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

NOTE: Bookeen recommends that you

(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and

(2) either insure your package for safe return to Bookeen or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Within 30 days upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, Bookeen will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees.

To cancel your order, send an email as soon as possible to shop@bookeen.com indicating your order number. Re-stocking or administration fees might apply in certain cases. In case your order has already been shipped, you may return it within 7 days upon arrival by getting in touch with our shop team and requesting a return. See How to Return.

To change your order, send as soon as possible an email to shop@bookeen.com indicating your order number. In case your order has already been shipped it is no longer possible to change it.

Select the product you want to order and click on the 'Add to Cart' button below the product description. The product will be placed in your shopping cart. You can continue to shop by adding additional products in your shopping cart or you can click on the 'Check out' button to proceed to the payment process.

You can pay at the Bookeen Shop using MasterCard or Visa. Payment via bank transfer or cheque is possible, but extra charges and extra delay may apply. Please contact Bookeen via shop@bookeen.com if you wish to pay via these methods.

VAT is applicable to all purchases from countries within the EU.

When you have received a tracking number you can contact the courier directly. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact Bookeen via shop@bookeen.com.

Shipping rates are based on the destination and weight of your order. To calculate the exact shipping rate you can add products to your cart and go to the shipping step of the checkout pages.

Within Europe most orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 business days after the product is shipped. To the US and Canada shipping normally takes between 2 and 8 business days. For other countries shipping varies between 5 and 10 business days. Please note that these figures depend strongly on products availability.

We ship to most countries worldwide. In the shop section, you can choose your country from a listbox which appears at the top of the pages. If you can not select your country as shipping address, please send an email to shop@bookeen.com.

Once your order has been shipped you receive your tracking number by email. By clicking the tracking number you can trace the progress of the package.

VAT is included in the prices for residents of the EU. Outside the EU we won't charge you VAT but please be aware that local VAT or taxes may apply and you may have to pay these taxes to customs upon delivery.

In some cases it is possible to change the delivery address of an order, but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfil the requested change. An address change can only be done when: a) the order (or product) has not yet been shipped. b) the new address is within the same country. When someone signs for the delivery of the order we consider the order as being delivered. Therefore we strongly recommend only to use a delivery address at which you will be able to accept shipment in person.
